State Licensed Reverse Mortgage Officer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time State Licensed Reverse Mortgage Officer will engage with clients remotely, providing tailored financial solutions and educating them about Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM) while managing a high volume of calls.

Key responsibilities

• Build rapport with potential clients and analyze their financial situations to recommend appropriate solutions
• Conduct ongoing sales training and implement innovative sales methods to enhance performance
• Handle a high volume of phone calls while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and initiative

Required qualifications

• Valid SAFE and State license or certification preferred
• Sales experience is preferred, with a strong ability to close deals
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• College degree preferred, but not mandatory
