Job Summary

Reviewing residential appraisals and reports, the full-time State Licensed Reviewer Appraiser will ensure accuracy, consistency, and USPAP compliance while analyzing data and communicating findings to support lending decisions, with opportunities for remote work available in several states.

Key responsibilities

• Review all types of residential appraisal reports, including complex and small income properties
• Analyze quality and statistical data for assigned properties under review
• Develop summaries of collateral and communicate findings to customers for lending decisions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six or more years of related appraisal experience
• Valid, active license to appraise with qualifications as determined by state requirements
• Extensive knowledge of appraisals and the appraisal process, including USPAP
• Appraisal review experience
