Job Summary

To support a seasonal ramp, the contract RN Trainer will facilitate training for new hires and ongoing education remotely, focusing on coaching, performance validation, and curriculum enhancement based on client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire and ongoing training in both classroom and virtual environments
• Deliver just-in-time support and monitor learner progress through case simulations and performance metrics
• Prepare and submit training documentation and reports, ensuring alignment with client requirements

Required qualifications

• Current RN license
• Strong clinical judgment and case management expertise
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and providing performance feedback
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid program requirements
• Proficiency in training documentation and administrative accuracy
