Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Affluent Market Sales Assistant who provides administrative and sales support to Registered Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to maintain customer relationships and assist with follow-up activities
  • Support the sales process by preparing marketing materials, coordinating meetings, and managing sales-related activities
  • Assist clients with brokerage account documentation and provide customer service regarding account balances and investment products
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree and a minimum of 1 year of sales and/or sales administrative experience, or a combined minimum of 3 years of higher education and/or work experience with at least 1 year in sales
  • FINRA 6 and/or 63 licenses
  • State Life, Accident and Health (LAH) license
