Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Sales Lead: Cardiovascular Device (ECG).

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business within top-tier Health Systems and large Private Practices
  • Execute a "land and expand" strategy to displace legacy ECG competitors by demonstrating ROI and clinical superiority
  • Manage the entire enterprise sales process and build high-level relationships with Hospital CXOs and Department Heads
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B healthcare sales experience with a proven track record in the top 5% of sales organizations
  • 5+ years of experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management or high-level Medical Device sales
  • Deep understanding of reimbursement models and ability to build financial cases for CFOs
  • Mastery of SalesForce CRM and modern sales technologies
  • Bachelor's degree required; clinical background is a significant advantage
