Job Summary

To drive sales growth in the Central Region, the full-time remote State Licensed Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of Account Executives, ensuring project delivery meets customer expectations and compliance standards while achieving business unit sales goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed the Business Unit sales goals in collaboration with the Business Unit Manager
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team, actively managing individual performance
  • Develop market growth plans and coordinate resources for stable sales results, including lead generation
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience executing sales and/or marketing strategies in HVAC controls, mechanical contracting, or energy services
  • Active Driver's License and successful background check
  • Experience in talent acquisition and team development for optimal hiring and retention
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure new business opportunities
  • Knowledge of market targeting and expansion strategies in energy efficiency solutions
