Job Summary

Dedicated to assisting clients with their health insurance options, the full-time Seasonal Individual and Family Plan Sales Representative will take inbound calls, consult on individual and family health insurance plans, and may conduct outbound follow-ups, all while working remotely from June 29th to December 16th.

Key responsibilities:
  • Consult and advise clients over the phone on Individual and Family health insurance options specific to assigned carriers
  • Meet daily sales metrics, goals, and carrier quality expectations while managing inbound and outbound calls
  • Participate in a comprehensive 4-week training program to ensure readiness for the sales role
Required qualifications:
  • Active resident state health insurance license
  • Previous sales experience or a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales role
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • High level of integrity and customer focus with a commitment to exceeding quality scores
