State Licensed SALT Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a State and Local Tax (SALT) Senior Manager - Income/Franchise Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed advice on complex pass-through entity state income/franchise tax planning matters
• Perform or manage technical assignments related to state income taxes, including planning, due diligence, and audits
• Research and resolve complex state and local tax issues while assisting with business development

Required Qualifications

• CPA, JD, and/or LLM required
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 7+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax department
• Significant experience with Pass-Through/Flow-Through Entities and merger and acquisition planning
• Strong project management skills
