Job Summary
Focused on fraud research, the full-time State Licensed Security Analyst will identify, investigate, and mitigate fraudulent activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyze potentially fraudulent activities across systems and transactions
- Investigate suspected fraud events and document findings, supporting evidence, and recommended actions
- Support the refinement of fraud detection processes and track fraud attempts and incidents for leadership reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, criminal justice, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in information security, fraud analysis, or risk management
- Strong security knowledge in regulated industries such as healthcare or banking
- Experience with SIEM products and familiarity with regulatory frameworks like NIST and HIPAA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and experience with fraud monitoring tools is a plus
