Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Technology Manager to support workplace safety and security operations across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance for physical security systems across the Americas
• Serve as the key liaison among guard teams, facilities, IT, and vendors
• Coordinate vendor meetings, track service metrics, and ensure SLA compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with enterprise-level physical security systems
• Expertise in access control and video surveillance systems (Lenel OnGuard certification required - Advanced Access or higher)
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and detailed service documentation
• Understanding of industry best practices in system design and installation
