Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Abstractor, HEDIS/Quality Improvement (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts data collection and abstraction of medical records for HEDIS projects
• Coordinates and prepares the HEDIS medical record review process
• Mentors entry-level abstractors and assists with process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in healthcare Quality/HEDIS specific to medical record review and abstraction
• Intermediate knowledge and understanding of HEDIS projects
• Active RN license for the State(s) of employment (preferred)
• 3+ years of managed care experience (preferred)
