Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager in Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between client HR teams, insurance carriers, and internal partners
- Develop custom enrollment websites and employee-facing materials while ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Support marketing outreach efforts and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive communication
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in individual disability enrollment and project management
- Active Life & Health insurance license
- Strong understanding of group long term disability (LTD) plans and provisions
- Experience leading client-facing enrollment activities, including virtual presentations
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe tools
