Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager in Employee Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between client HR teams, insurance carriers, and internal partners
  • Develop custom enrollment websites and employee-facing materials while ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Support marketing outreach efforts and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive communication


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in individual disability enrollment and project management
  • Active Life & Health insurance license
  • Strong understanding of group long term disability (LTD) plans and provisions
  • Experience leading client-facing enrollment activities, including virtual presentations
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe tools
