Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in the Employee Benefits/Group Insurance industry
• Experience in Group Benefit design or Account Management
• State Life and Health insurance license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
