State Licensed Senior Actuary
Job Summary
Seeking a State Licensed Senior Actuary, the full-time remote position will design, build, and deploy scalable actuarial models while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate actuarial practices into automated tools and AI architecture.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable actuarial models that integrate with platform APIs and core engineering pipelines
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to refine AI outputs and ensure high fidelity in automated actuarial processes
- Embed actuarial best practices and validation standards into automated modeling tools and data pipelines
Required qualifications
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required; Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) preferred
- 6+ years of healthcare actuarial experience with data and model building
- Strong coding skills in Python, R, and SQL
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control
- Demonstrated interest in modern technology, including generative AI and cloud data infrastructure
