State Licensed Senior Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote State Licensed Senior Architect, the Associate, Senior Architect will provide architectural design and construction administration services, managing project activities from inception to completion while serving as the primary contact for clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Research, plan, design, and administer building projects while consulting with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements
• Coordinate all components of building projects, integrating site, interiors, and structural elements into a unified design while producing necessary documentation
• Oversee construction procurement processes, assist clients in obtaining bids, and represent them during construction administration

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Registration required; NCARB desired
• Proficient to advanced skills in Revit (current version 2025) and intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD
• Diversified market experience, particularly in government and/or healthcare projects
