Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in a U.S. state
• 8-10 years of experience as a commercial attorney, focusing on contract negotiation and compliance
• Strong knowledge of privacy, antitrust, and anti-corruption laws in a commercial context
• Proven ability to build and implement legal processes in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and agility in adapting to new challenges and changes
