Job Summary
Advising on managed care agreements and regulatory compliance, the full-time State Licensed Senior Attorney will draft, review, and negotiate contracts while providing legal guidance on reimbursement policies and disputes in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate managed care agreements, including value-based care arrangements
- Advise on reimbursement policies and regulatory requirements for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
- Provide legal counsel on disputes related to payer payment and contractual issues
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree required
- State licensure as an attorney prior to hire or transfer date
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed practicing attorney
