Job Summary

Advising on managed care agreements and regulatory compliance, the full-time State Licensed Senior Attorney will draft, review, and negotiate contracts while providing legal guidance on reimbursement policies and disputes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate managed care agreements, including value-based care arrangements
• Advise on reimbursement policies and regulatory requirements for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Provide legal counsel on disputes related to payer payment and contractual issues

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree required
• State licensure as an attorney prior to hire or transfer date
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed practicing attorney
