State Licensed Senior Casualty Consultant
Job Summary
Providing expert technical support to clients, the fully remote State Licensed Senior Casualty Consultant will analyze, design, market, price, and place risks while guiding the Casualty Analytics team and making fact-based recommendations to solve complex insurance issues.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and develop the Casualty Analytics team, making recommendations for improvement
- Assess clients' contractual liabilities and align them with their insurance policies
- Negotiate underwriting terms and pricing with carrier partners on behalf of clients
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines agency and/or carrier roles with strong underwriting expertise
- Minimum 3 years of placement/marketing experience with large commercial accounts ($1M+ in annual premium)
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license
- Industry designations such as ARM, CIC, or CPCU are preferred
- Deep technical knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and underwriting principles
