Job Summary
State Licensed Senior Claims Specialist, a full-time remote position responsible for managing Cyber claims, including investigation, evaluation, and resolution, while supporting underwriting efforts and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, reserve, and manage Cyber claims to resolution, including litigation oversight
- Communicate coverage positions and develop strategies with insureds, brokers, and stakeholders
- Document claim files thoroughly and implement best practices for claim handling and litigation defense
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required; Juris Doctorate helpful
- Minimum of three years of end-to-end Cyber claims handling experience required
- Required state claims adjuster licenses or ability to obtain within 90 days of hiring
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
