State Licensed Senior Claims Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote State Licensed Senior Claims Specialist will adjust complex construction defect claims, build relationships with clients and internal teams, and ensure compliance with coverage requirements while managing claims within established guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Adjust complex or high exposure construction defect claims for assigned programs
• Research coverage details, document findings, and draft necessary legal documents for claims
• Investigate claims by gathering evidence, managing defense counsel, and providing regular updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of construction defect claims management experience preferred
• College degree or equivalent claims management experience required
• 10+ years of litigation management experience preferred
• Must hold an individual adjusting license for a designated home State
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
