State Licensed Senior Client Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of select commercial clients, the full-time remote State Licensed Senior Client Manager will ensure client satisfaction through strategic planning, risk analysis, and effective communication while leveraging agency management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures, obtains and negotiates quotes, and prepares carrier submissions
• Analyzes client information and risk to provide tailored recommendations and solutions
• Maintains accurate account details and processes renewals, endorsements, and other policy-related tasks in EPIC

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
• Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
• Proficient in agency management systems, particularly EPIC
• Strong functional knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
