State Licensed Senior Client Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of select commercial clients, the full-time remote State Licensed Senior Client Manager will ensure client satisfaction and strategic planning while providing excellent customer service leadership and representing client needs within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures, negotiates quotes, and prepares carrier submissions for clients
• Analyzes risk and provides recommendations based on client information and market strategies
• Maintains accurate account details and processes renewals, endorsements, and policy information in EPIC

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
• Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
• Proficient in agency management systems (EPIC) and Microsoft Office products
• Strong understanding of insurance coverages and client requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
