Job Summary
Serving as the primary service contact for a book of select commercial clients, the full-time remote State Licensed Senior Client Manager will focus on client satisfaction, strategic planning, and providing excellent customer service while managing risk evaluations, quotes, and account details.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluates exposures, obtains and negotiates quotes, and prepares recommendations for client strategy meetings
- Maintains accurate account details in EPIC, processes renewals and endorsements, and ensures compliance with binding documents
- Develops and implements strategies to meet client needs and stays informed on industry trends and coverage requirements
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
- Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
- Proficient in agency management systems (EPIC) and Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Strong understanding of guaranteed cost program design and insurance coverage forms
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
