State Licensed Senior Client Manager

Job Summary

Assisting in the coordination of carrier relationships, the full-time Senior Client Manager in Commercial Risk will lead service teams on large accounts, develop placement and renewal strategies, and perform marketing activities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates service delivery and develops initial placement/renewal strategies for large accounts
• Establishes and maintains carrier relationships while preparing and reviewing risk maps
• Mentors new colleagues and identifies opportunities for process improvements within the firm

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with progress towards a professional insurance designation
• Minimum of five years' experience in Account Management with demonstrated proficiency
• State licenses required for providing insurance services, or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Strong technical knowledge of insurance market conditions and underwriting appetites
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn insurance software
