Job Summary

To enhance clinical operations, the full-time Senior Clinical Manager will oversee provider performance, ensure clinical quality, and manage operational execution in a remote telehealth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior clinical leadership and operational direction to Clinical Practice Managers and Clinical Quality Leads
• Conduct chart reviews and audits, ensuring compliance with clinical documentation standards
• Participate in the development and enforcement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and collaborate on provider educational initiatives

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APRN license in good standing, eligible for multi-state licensure
• Minimum 7-10 years of clinical practice experience, including two years in telehealth and prior operations or quality improvement leadership
• Experience in clinical operations, quality improvement, or provider management
• Familiarity with controlled substance prescribing regulations and proficiency in EMR systems
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback to clinical peers
