Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Scientist in Scientific Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless startup and execution of clinical studies
• Review clinical trial protocols and develop operational strategies across partner laboratories
• Accountable for creating and executing implementation plans for complex studies and specialized testing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) Certification and specialty testing experience preferred
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including 3+ years of bench-level technical experience
• Proven experience in project management and leadership in a matrixed environment
• Strong scientific knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies and qualification processes
