Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships as a trusted advisor and provide business-savvy recommendations on commercial matters
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on various transactions and agreements, guiding business teams towards deal execution
• Manage multiple projects with limited oversight, adapting to challenges while driving tasks to completion

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree and membership in a state bar in good standing
• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, including in-house counsel experience
• Experience in negotiating and drafting commercial technology agreements and vendor agreements
• Ability to provide proactive, solution-oriented guidance balancing business objectives and legal risk
• Demonstrated ownership of multiple projects and ability to resolve urgent tasks with limited oversight
