A company is looking for a Senior Consulting Manager in Life, Annuity & Retirement Actuarial Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements by merging actuarial rigor with operating model design to drive capital efficiency and operational excellence
• Provide actuarial-operational solutions to business problems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate the impact of actuarial shifts on business strategy

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Life Insurance, Annuity, and/or Retirement industries focused on actuarial advisory or consulting
• Associate or Fellow designation (ASA, FSA, or equivalent); partial completion of actuarial exams may be considered
• Deep understanding of insurance and retirement value chains, including product development and claims
• Strong actuarial and financial knowledge across various Life and Annuity products
• Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring teams and influencing senior stakeholders
