Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Counsel - Life Sciences (In-House Contract, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor and customer supply contracts
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and outside counsel to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
• Streamline contracting processes to enhance efficiency across functions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house environment
• Strong background in commercial contracting within the Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industries
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and legal frameworks applicable to regulated Life Sciences companies
• Experience managing outside counsel and legal workflows
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
