Job Summary

Providing primary legal support for a line of business, the full-time remote State Licensed Senior Corporate Counsel will offer legal and commercial counsel, manage compliance, and advise on various legal matters including corporate organization and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main legal advisor for business partners and senior management teams on commercial legal matters
• Conduct research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations impacting the organization
• Identify and assess risks, determining appropriate actions for specific business areas

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree and current State Bar License to practice law
• 7+ years of experience in-house or at a law firm, specializing in healthcare or related areas
• Proven success in managing teams and supporting executive leadership
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in legal matters
