Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel specializing in Partnerships, Alliances & Channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to the channel sales organization regarding partner programs and legal risks
• Draft, review, and negotiate partnership and alliance agreements and associated documentation
• Respond to legal advice requests from business teams and improve standard agreements and legal processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of in-house legal experience, preferably in a technology company
• Experience with strategic alliances and negotiating complex partner agreements
• Admitted to the bar and authorized to practice law in at least one U.S. state
• Familiarity with privacy and information security legal issues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
