Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Patient Access & Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on the design and oversight of patient support programs, including copay assistance and reimbursement support
• Advise on Fraud & Abuse risk management as applied to patient support and access programs
• Review program structures and vendor arrangements to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements

Qualifications

• Direct experience advising on patient support programs within a pharmaceutical or biotech company
• Strong background in Fraud & Abuse laws related to copay assistance and reimbursement support programs
• Experience in large pharmaceutical manufacturer infrastructures or complex patient support environments
• Active license in good standing in a U.S. state
