Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Managed Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review regulatory payor/provider contracts
• Collaborate with internal clients, contract administrators, and external counsel
• Provide legal guidance on federal and state laws related to health insurers and plans

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school
• 2+ years of experience as an in-house health care attorney
• 2+ years of experience with payor/provider contracts review and negotiation
• 2+ years of experience with federal and state laws and regulations related to health plans
• Admission to the state bar where practicing
