Job Summary

State Licensed Senior Counsel, this full-time position involves leading legal collaboration across the product lifecycle, providing practical legal advice to internal teams, and negotiating agreements in a remote healthcare technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead legal collaboration across the full product lifecycle, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
• Partner with internal teams to provide practical legal advice and support
• Negotiate and draft agreements with vendors and partners, and assess legal risks related to products

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and active membership in a state Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions
• Experience working within a matrixed organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of data privacy and security laws, including HIPAA
• Strong contract negotiation skills and ability to interpret legal documents
