Job Summary

To oversee strategic partnership contracting, the full-time State Licensed Senior Counsel will manage the full lifecycle of healthcare and non-healthcare vendor contracts, including negotiation, execution, and compliance, while collaborating with senior stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and drive contracting strategies for strategic partnerships and related agreements
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex vendor and partnership agreements
  • Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation, legal risks, and compliance requirements
Required qualifications
  • Law school degree (JD) and active bar membership
  • 8-10 years of experience in-house or at a large law firm
  • Prior experience in M&A, corporate development, or complex deal structuring preferred
  • Strong understanding of healthcare-related agreements and data privacy laws
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
