Job Summary
To oversee strategic partnership contracting, the full-time State Licensed Senior Counsel will manage the full lifecycle of healthcare and non-healthcare vendor contracts, including negotiation, execution, and compliance, while collaborating with senior stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and drive contracting strategies for strategic partnerships and related agreements
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex vendor and partnership agreements
- Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation, legal risks, and compliance requirements
Required qualifications
- Law school degree (JD) and active bar membership
- 8-10 years of experience in-house or at a large law firm
- Prior experience in M&A, corporate development, or complex deal structuring preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare-related agreements and data privacy laws
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
