Job Summary

Experienced attorneys will find a full-time remote opportunity as a State Licensed Senior Counsel, responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts while providing legal advice to support business initiatives in the retirement services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate client and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
• Lead complex commercial transactions and provide strategic legal advice to business leadership
• Analyze legal issues and develop strategies to align business goals with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in good standing
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in reviewing and negotiating complex agreements
• Strong knowledge of contract law and familiarity with financial services and retirement services
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, along with a general understanding of privacy laws
