Job Summary

Supporting North America-based Sales Teams, the full-time remote State Licensed Senior Counsel will provide legal guidance on commercial agreements, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide client-centric legal support on commercial and legal issues to the Sales teams
• Review and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS and partnership agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop AI-powered tools for enhanced business impact

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited law school with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant in-house legal experience
• Licensed to practice law in good standing with a State Bar Association or equivalent
• Significant experience negotiating Enterprise SaaS contracts, preferably in regulated industries
• Strong foundation in data protection and privacy law
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and integrate technology into legal practices
