State Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Providing in-house legal counsel, the full-time remote State Licensed Senior Counsel will advise on healthcare regulatory, compliance, corporate, and employment matters while partnering with executive leadership to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on healthcare, regulatory, corporate, employment, and commercial matters to executive leadership and business partners
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including provider agreements and vendor contracts while advising on legal risks associated with strategic initiatives
• Oversee internal compliance audits, investigations, and regulatory reviews, ensuring alignment with federal and state healthcare laws

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state
• A minimum of 5 years of legal experience in healthcare law or regulatory compliance
• Experience advising on complex legal and regulatory matters
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
