State Licensed Senior Counsel
Job Summary
To support the legal team in an expanding role, the full-time remote State Licensed Senior Counsel will independently lead legal negotiations for Enterprise and Strategic deals, focusing on subscription, data processing, partner, and vendor agreements while streamlining the contracting process.
Key responsibilities
- Lead legal negotiations with customers and provide guidance on various transaction types
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from NDA to signature process
- Collaborate with East Coast Area Directors and their teams to support business initiatives
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of in-house transactional experience with direct interaction with customers and partners
- 5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements with enterprise customers
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
- Proficiency in editing and managing contracts using Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites
- Strong organizational skills and a growth mindset for managing multiple projects
