Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Advisor, Legal Information and Education.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and distribute clear materials on immigration law for clients and staff
- Provide training sessions and know your rights sessions for legal staff and clients
- Monitor and ensure up-to-date immigration policy information for legal services delivery
Required Qualifications
- Law degree and member in good standing of any state bar
- 8-10 years of experience in non-profit immigration legal services, with 5 years in asylum and removal defense
- Extensive knowledge of immigration law and procedures
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Fluency in English required
