State Licensed Senior Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their Global Legal Services Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of transactional infrastructure governance policies and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process and technology solutions
• Lead change management messaging and communication to various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• J.D. Degree and membership in at least 1 state bar
• 8+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in a law firm or in-house/public sector legal department
• 3+ years of experience in modern contract drafting
• 3+ years of experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) concepts and technology
• Strong understanding of CLM integration with other systems, Salesforce and Conga CLM a plus
