Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft equivalency determinations or conduct general contract review and drafting
• Collaborate across programs and departments on legal functions and compliance matters
• Conduct legal research and provide training on legal compliance and international philanthropy

Required Qualifications

• Must be a licensed attorney in a U.S. state, territory, or possession
• At least four years of experience in contract review and legal analysis
• Interest in international issues and NGOs
• Any foreign language skill is a plus
• Experience in a law firm, nonprofit organization, or in-house legal position
