State Licensed Senior Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their Legal Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate global sell-side SaaS and software license agreements and other commercial agreements
• Provide subject matter expertise in commercial transactions and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Support sales and account managers on contract interpretation and improve processes for efficiency and compliance

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited US law school
• 5-10 years of commercial transactions experience
• Minimum 3 years of in-house experience focused on sell-side negotiations of software and technology-related agreements
• Member of a State Bar and in good standing
• Strong background in sell-side commercial transactions
