Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel responsible for various corporate law matters related to governance, regulatory compliance, subsidiary maintenance, and corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements
• Advise on legal and regulatory issues affecting the business and advocate for favorable regulatory outcomes
• Manage legal support for contracts, mergers, acquisitions, and compliance with SEC and Nasdaq regulations

Required Qualifications

• JD or equivalent required
• 1+ years of relevant law firm experience preferred
• Current active member of a state bar association or legal association applicable to jurisdiction of hire required
