Key Responsibilities

• Focus on commercial technology contracts, providing legal advice and negotiating agreements
• Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts including software licensing and vendor agreements
• Identify legal risks and monitor applicable legal trends while collaborating with other departments

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role
• Prior in-house experience in a fast-paced environment
• International experience and data privacy expertise are desired but not essential
