Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to manage legal matters and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement legal strategies for customer and vendor contracts while ensuring compliance with laws
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and risk mitigation
• Oversee intellectual property and data protection matters, providing guidance on legal risks and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a corporate or technology-related environment
• Extensive knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and data protection regulations
• Proven track record of managing legal risks and ensuring compliance
