Job Summary

Handling complex commercial general liability claims, the temporary Senior General Liability Adjuster will work remotely, managing litigation processes and communicating with various stakeholders while demonstrating extensive industry knowledge and expertise in claims management.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial general liability claims, including slip and fall, trip and fall, and construction defect cases
• Manage litigation processes and collaborate effectively with legal teams
• Utilize claims systems and software to document and process claims accurately

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of general liability claims experience with an insurance carrier
• Advanced litigation experience in handling complex claims
• Active adjuster license in the candidate's state of residence
• Proficiency in claims systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Stability in previous roles, with no recent job hopping preferred
