Key responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective borrowers about the loan application and approval process
- Analyze customers' financial objectives to recommend suitable loan products

Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of mortgage products, systems, and compliance regulations
- Active National (NMLS) and applicable state mortgage licenses or eligibility to obtain them
