State Licensed Senior MLOps Engineer

Job Summary

As a fully remote opportunity, the Senior MLOps Engineer will manage the ML production platform on AWS and Snowflake, focusing on building self-service scaffolds for data scientists, designing batch and real-time inference pipelines, and implementing CI/CD deployment patterns.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and enhance the ML platform on AWS and Snowflake, ensuring efficient model deployment and management
• Design and maintain batch scoring and real-time inference pipelines with defined performance and cost metrics
• Establish CI/CD processes for ML models, including monitoring, drift detection, and incident response protocols

Required qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Machine Learning, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience shipping software in production environments using Python, Docker, and Kubernetes
• 3+ years of experience operating ML models in production with a focus on latency and cost management
• Strong proficiency with AWS SageMaker and Snowflake, including model registry and batch scoring
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools for ML deployments
