Job Summary

Leading a team of clinical pharmacists, the full-time State Licensed Senior Pharmacist Manager will focus on optimizing operational performance, ensuring quality patient care, and driving team accountability in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacist operations, emphasizing productivity, quality, and workflow efficiency
• Lead and develop a high-performing remote team of clinical pharmacists, setting clear expectations and fostering a collaborative culture
• Implement quality assurance initiatives and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and organizational standards

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in state of residence
• 5+ years of clinical or operational pharmacy experience
• 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience
• Demonstrated experience managing pharmacist productivity and quality metrics
